Payment can be made via BACS transfer or personal cheque (personal cheques U.K. only) All payments must clear before purchases are posted. Postage and packing will be by My Hermes and is currently £5.18 but it depends on your location parcel delivery will cover loss or damage, will take about 3 working days from time of posting and will require a signature. The service is tracked

I aim to deliver your bag within 10 working days but as they are made to order it may take slightly longer during busy times.
